Communication and Vocal tics

Vic has a lot of trouble talking sometimes. Sometimes this makes her sound like she is stuttering, sometimes something out of context comes out. Sometimes her speech sounds like a mad-lib because of all the random words and sounds. Please be patient with Vic and anyone who is good friends with her.
