Sometimes doing something that makes you really focus or you find relaxing can help calm down your tics. For the artist this is crocheting and art usually. Now these things don't work all the time or completely stop a persons tics but they can help lessen them for a little. Everyone is different and something that may work for one person may not work for another. What is your calming activity?
